TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)
Boundaries
-By commissioning me, the client automatically agrees to all of the following. I keep the copyright to all art I make.
- Keep the watermark intact; artwork cannot be edited, but you can use it personally however you like.
- I may share the work on my socials unless you ask me not to.
- No heavy NSFW art.
- Commercial use must be disclosed upfront; unauthorized use may lead to legal action. Payment -Full payment upfront is required before I can commence the commission.
- Accepted payment: PayPal, or Interac E-transfer. (Fees may fluctuate slightly based off of payment method.)
- For alternative transfer types, contact me via Email.Refunds- Full refunds are available until the client approves the sketch; afterwards, partial refunds can only be issued corresponding to the completion of the piece.
- Refunds are available again if the 5 week soft deadline is exceeded.Revisions- Two free revision stages: after the concept sketch and after flat colors. I can make as many changes as you'd like in these times!
- Extra revisions may cost more. Be clear about changes during these stagesDeadlines & Rush Fees
- Standard turnaround: 5 weeks (often faster).
- Rush fees: 25–50% extra. Specify deadlines upfront.
